Zig & Co. Refund Policy
We want your pup to be happy!
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@zigandco.co.uk before returning anything.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error with your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., dog treats, food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalised products (e.g., special orders, personalised items).
- Sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure about a specific item, please reach out to us before returning.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return:
- We’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@zigandco.co.uk.
Your Statutory Rights
This Refund Policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
